Recreating Lindsey-Kustusch's oil paintings

1. Pencil drawing of 'The Old Plant,  Deep Ellum, Texas'- oil painting

I selected this painting because I liked how lifeless and desolate the painting looks and makes me feel. The building is made to look run-down, dirty and rusty with the use of the browns in selected area like the windows. Some of the windows are missing and the brown smudges created a great impression of the rusting exterior walls.

2. Oil pastels drawing of 'Heading Downtown'-oil painting

The chiaroscuro of the oil painting emphasises the depth and length of the street.
